"In this clip I will show you how to make the kite base, and from the kite base we will make a yacht, which can be found in this book, "Essential Origamiā, by Steve and Megumi Biddle. For the kite base, with the color side down, we are going to fold point to point, at a diagonal. Point to point; edges flush; fold a diagonal. Now open back up, and the diagonal is up and down. Fold this edge to the center crease, like so. Fold this other edge to the center crease, as well. Symmetry is one of the keys to Origami. If you do the same on one side, you should do the same on the other side. This is a kite base. Now, in order to fold this yacht, we are going to ten turn this unit to the other side, and fold up this triangle, like so. And with this triangle, we are going to fold a rabbit ear fold. We will do that by folding this crease to this guiding crease that we just made. This is our first crease."
