"Pull the pedals out, the points, and tuck that triangle in. Then, we are going to proceed like we would with a regular, traditional iris. Fold the top section to the left and fold the bottom section to the right so that we keep our unit balanced with four sections on both sides. Then fold the base of the flower in like we did with our traditional iris. Same thing. Then open it to these two sections and do the same thing, fold the sides in. Finally, the last section. Now, hold it so that the base is on the bottom. With this flower, you don't want to crease it completely, you don't want a sharp crease. You just want to fold the pedal down so that it opens up and then this one, same thing. Open the pedals, kind of gently fold it down, but don't crease it sharply just gently fold it down and you have a variation on the traditional iris."
