"Hi, I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village and we are making our little fleece bag. I'm going to go ahead and just stick a couple of pins through both layers of my bag here just to kind of hold it steady. You can stick how ever many, you can pin it how ever many times you think that you're going to need. If it's your first time sewing and you're not really handy on keeping the fabric all together and feeding smoothly through, then you can go ahead and use more pins. But we're going to start from the top down so that we can finish it all the way so we can get a nice stitch all the way to the bottom. So go ahead and put it down and just use a regular straight stitch and this is not going to unravel. Again it's fleece so it works very nicely. Start slow, make sure that everything is working on your machine. Go ahead and do a couple back stitches to create a knot and then you can just, you can speed up your stitch if you feel comfortable. If you want to go slow the whole time, if this is your you know first time sewing, that's fine, you can go ahead and go a little slower. But you're just going to go down all the way to the bottom and this one you're not going to have to turn the corner. So what we're going to do is we're going to stop before we get to the end and go ahead and do a couple of back stitches because you are going to want to create a knot for this one. Remember last time we went around the corners, but we're not doing that this time and then you cut your thread."
