on 8/31/2009 Your videos are very helpful but it would really help the viewer understand what you are doing if the camera was zoomed in on your hands more often. There are times when I'd like to get a closer look at what you are doing. Thanks!

"Hi, I am Karina Fraley for Expert Village and we are making baby blankets and I am going to show you how to apply prefabricated binding. So it basically comes in different widths and different fabrics. This is kind of a fabric obviously wider bias or binding and this is a thinner just cotton, more of a twill binding and they are cut on the bias. And as you can see here, where they are joined and basically that means that it is not going to unravel on you and you are not going to have to finish it with a zig-zag stitch like we did our blanket. So I am going to demonstrate how to apply this using a thinner binding on this little burp cloth. Basically you are going to start, you just open it up like this and you put the edge of your blanket in between like that and you fold it over and then you are going to want to pin it to keep it in place. You can use as many pins as you think you are going to need. You are going to want to be sure that you pull it tight so that it is a nice, it is going to be nice even finish."
