"Hi! My name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to continue on with the series we call Making a Meal. This is part 3 of the series and will be the second side dish which will be creole style green beans. Now that we've added our green beans, we are going to add tomato to this. We are using stewed tomatoes and mix that in and I am going to break up those tomatoes in here, the smaller pieces get that mixed in with our green beans. What's a creole dish without tomatoes? Once again, we are going to keep mixing this around. We want to break up the larger pieces of tomatoes and let this mixture now start heating through. So we will let it get heated through and then we will be ready to move on to our next step. "
