"Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on behalf of Expert Village here to continue on with series what we call making the meal. This is part three of the series and we'll be the second side dish that will be creolestyle green beans. Now we're going to add our vegetables in our holy trinity and we're going to do the same thing with this we're going to ground this one thing you got to be careful about it is that we added our garlic in there also. You don't want your garlic to brown this garlic ground gives you them a bitter taste, we're doing this on a medium heat and we're just going to saute these and sweat them down just a little bit. Anyway we're just going to continue to sweat our veggies down and remove them and move on to our next step."
