"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now I'll show you how to add a bead to our alternating square knot bracelet. And then we'll finish off, so to add a bead you take the 2 center strands and we're going to put our strands through the bead and pull the bead right up as far as we can. Then we just continue on we're going put this piece to the side and this is our loop that coming down this turn and we'll continue with our square knot. The outer one is first loop and the middle one is our carrier, just pull that so that it runs around the bead, finish our square knot, by looping on the other side. And know we just put this one on the side and we'll loop with this side, the outer one is the first loop, the middle one is the carrier, pull the knot up, make sure the loop is loose enough to go around our bead, finish our square knot and continue on until the end. Put that to the side, this outer one becomes the loop, continue with the making sure that loops consistently with up here, put that to the side alternate to this side, the outer one is the loop, just continue on in this fashion."
