Always on the same side the loops starts always starts on the same side for the spiral knot, just kind of wrap that right around, there's your loop and continue (I didn't secure this well enough let me re due that) 2, 3, 4 and you want to make sure that your next bead is going to be sticking out to match the other side. And the next bead, let this one come down, secure your carriers and continue."
