"Hi this is Karen for Expert Village. Now I'm going to measure in one inch here and just mark again mark a inch there and mark a inch here. Then your ruler and make sure it by sects the two dots and draw a line. Again we are going to cut through all the thickness, so now you have four thickness here. You cut to that line exactly and again here cut to that line exactly. We are going to fold that over so you may want to use the blunt end of your scissors. You are not going to cut it there, you just want to crease it. So if you use the blunt edge of the scissors and you just indent it, it just makes folding it a lot easier. Then just work that. If you kind of rub your finger nails along the crease so you can get all of the thickness folded up. So now we fold it like that and we are going to open it all up. Like so. We are going to make one more cut to this fold a little bit on the inside. You can make this fold here and I'm just making one more cut like that. Again you can fold that up. Okay!"
