"Hi, I'm Karen, for Expert Village. Now I'll show you how to make this great Mobile Card. It's a super three dimensional card and decoration, all in one. It folds flat and will go right into an envelope and then you can just tell the recipient to open it up and hang it up and it because a nice decoration, as well as a nice greeting card. The first thing we'll need is a piece of card stock, this you'll need, to do a card stock. You want to have an X-Acto Knife or some other kind of razor blade cutting knife, some pens for decorating, a pair of scissors and a piece of cord or ribbon, to attach to the top, for hanging. Now, to send it in the mail, you want to make sure that it'll fit into an envelope and usually you want the biggest or standard envelope. You are going to have a half sheet envelope, it'll fit, and a half of a 8 1/2 by 11 in. sheet of paper. I'm just going to fold this one in half and then I'm going to cut it, then I'll know my decoration is going to fit into a standard envelope. I've cut out this star design, it's just sort of a "wild" cut star. You can use any kind of shape that you want and you'll just follow the same directions that I'm going to give you here, with any shape you want but we're going to do a star. I'm taking my pattern and I'll trace it around, like so, and then we'll cut that out. Then just cut that out. Now when you have your design cut out, get rid of the scraps, you want to take a ruler and find the axis of the card and draw a very light line, on the back of the card, like that. Just very light. What you're going to do with that axis is, that's what you're going to fold to do the pop-out section, everything is going to pop-out on that axis."
