"Okay, when you've got the whole piece grouted and cleaned off pretty well it's time to remove your heart and then we'll smooth around in that area also. You want to just wiggle it around and check to see that it's coming up clear and not pulling off any big clumps of grout. It looks pretty good all the way around and then just very carefully remove the cookie cutter, straight up like that. And you can leave it like that or you can smooth around the edge very carefully because, you don't want to mess it up. Now just smooth the grout. You can dampen your finger just a little bit, you don't want it to be wet, and smooth around the heart shape. If any of the grout has come up under the cookie cutter you can just take a toothpick and kind of clean that away. Be very careful not to ruin the shape of the heart. Don't worry about there being a bit of a haze on the mirror, when the grout is completely set we'll polish up the mirror and that will come right off."
