"Now we're going to prep our board for our hand mirror. I've had it cut with a jigsaw into the pattern that we made. And you want to decide which side is going to be the front of your mirror. And which is going to be the back. And on the back we want to round the sharp edges all around. So you take your eighty grit sand paper and we'll fold it just to make it a little bit stiffer to work with and go all the way around the project in between the fingers and just round off the edge. Only on the back of the project. Go all the way around and then you'll want to finish sand it with the one eighty grit paper to make it smooth. This side, the back side is going to be the painted side of this project. And the front side will be the mosaic side. Okay after you've gotten all the rough edges off the side, you've taken that sharp bit off the edge, you want to just finish off with the one eighty grit paper to smooth it off for a nice finish that we can paint over.
