"Ok, I'm going to design my mask with feathers and sequins. I'm going to use on this side, I want to cover with sequins and over here I'm going to cover with beads. We're going to completely cover the whole surface of the mask. So you want to use a lot of glue. Now for the beads, you can choose you can lay down glue in a shape that you want the beads to cover. So I'll make a shape like this and then I'll choose a bead and just spill the beads all over that glue and you can just use your finger to move it into place. You want to completely cover that glue area and just press the beads in a little bit. If some got away on the side, you can pick those up and put those in. And then go put glue on another section and choose another color bead. You want to use a lot of glue so that it will really grab onto the beads. Use different types of beads. I'm using seed beads, the bugle beads, the little bit longer beads, really gives it a lot of texture. Use large beads and small beads and really cover, do a whole mosaic of beads on this mask. You want to make sure that you are using a craft glue that dries clear, that's very important because you don't want to see any of the glue when this is done. You just want to see lots of beads. Its good to do the colors in blocks of color so that it really stands out."
