"Now I'm going to show you how to make a butterfly mask. We're going to need some, a sheet, of fun foam. You'll need scissors. If you want to wear the mask attached to your head, then you'll need elastic, or we can do it as a handheld mask, and we're going to use a skewer for the handheld mask. We're going to use some precut fun foam shapes that have a sticky back, some sequins, and feathers, and glue to put all these nice decorations on. If you're making the handheld mask, you'll want two pieces of the fun foam for the base mask. OK, first I'll show you how to draw the shape of the butterfly mask. And we're going to use our base mask pattern and just lay that right there on the fun foam on the bottom. We're going to follow the nose down to the bottom of the mask like this. I'm going to mark the center here, and the center here for a fold line. Now on this side, I'm going to make that butterfly, the bottom butterfly wing shape. So I'm going to sort of cut off the tip of the base mask. So I'm going to make a, sort of the wing shape on the bottom, that bottom wing shape. And now I want to make the top wing shape. And you sort of come out a little bit straight from the side, and then come at a diagonal to make a wing like that. And take it right down to that center fold mark. And that's the butterfly wing shape. And if we fold it in half like this -- make sure that your bottoms are matching and we'll fold that in half, and cut it around so we have a symmetrical mask. "
