"Next, we're going to attach some elastic or strings to the ends of the flower crown and I'm going to attach these to the back side of the flower headdress. You can put about an inch or so of the elastic overlapping on the edge of the fun foam. We're going to put two staples in here and we're stapling from the back to the front and the staples on the other side will get covered later with the feathers. So you don't have to worry about that. Just make sure its secure and then staple on the other side. So we want to put in a couple of staples here, two or three staples, to make sure that's good and secure. And then you turn it over and we're going to use nice thick heavy craft glue and just put a good bead of craft glue all along the edge of your headdress. And then we'll cover that glue with this fuzzy feather boa. You can cover it with maybe a lace ruffle, anything that's pretty. I really like this feather boa stuff, its a little messy to cut. If you pull the feathers back and look for the base of the boa, then cut it, then you don't get as much of the feathers flying around. So you can glue that down well and you can put a book over it to hold that down while it dries. Here's our completed flower headdress. You just wear it like a headband with the tie tied behind your neck."
