"Hi! I'm Karen for Expert Village. Let's finish off with a little tongue on our doggy. We're going to thread this needle with red embroidery floss. We're not going to tie both ends together, we're just going to put a knot on one end. Just let the other end hang loose. We want to go in somewhere by the chin because we're going to want to try to get that knot inside. Push it in the best you can that knot to hide it. Give it a push and pull it like this. Pull this thread down to cover it. Then do a couple of stitches. 1, 2. It's a little bit tough there. This stitch leave a little bit hanging out like that and then do a few more stitches to hold that in place. It's a little bit tough because the thread is thick and there's a lot of stitches there so it's a little bit tough. You want that loop to hang down because that's the little tongue. Sometimes it'll twist. Then we want to knot it there. So just grab a little bit of something here, a little bit of thread, a little fabric and do as neat an ending knot as you can do. Cut it fairly close so you don't have anything hanging, and that's our little tongue. And that's our doggy. Isn't he cute? You can put a little collar on him, tie a ribbon on, put some metal buttons for tags. There's a lot of things you can do. You can even make a beaded bracelet to put around his necklace. It's a lot of fun to personalize their own doggies. I've had some kids that embroided their name on it. They're very cute."
