Video Transcript

"In order to make jewelry, you're going to need a workspace. You need a table. You can use a desk, a table, even a TV tray or something like that, a big tray in your lap. I started out with a plate, but I soon realized that the beads roll around way too much. So, you can get a piece of cloth from the thrift store: velvet, velour, anything that's kind of fuzzy. It keeps the beads from rolling around. And you can put little piles of different colors on the cloth. The pillow, even though it's flat, they won't fall off. And also, I got this at a thrift store. You can use a bead cloth. This is a professional bead cloth, which you can get in the bead store. But if you don't have a bead store in your town or whatever, you can just get a piece of velvet, velour, or felt, something like that, and put it on your table. And you can work with that."
