"Hi everybody, my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to move on with my produce video and teach you how to pick mango's. Mango's are a very good thing guys, you want to look for one that is nice and green with a little bit of red which is okay. You want to make sure when you touch it it slightly pushes in, you don't want it to be too hard. Now this is an example of a very good mango. This is an example of a very bad mango; red all the way around, hard to the touch you can't even push this. You want to avoid black spots like this. Now with these simple rules you should be able to pick a good mango every time. So remember guys you want it to be a nice green color, nice and soft all the way around, avoid the bright red hard mango's these are not good mango's. If you buy this you're going to have to leave it stored for a week and then it'll be good. Alright guys, these are mango's. Another thing you could do is smell it, if it doesn't smell like a mango don't buy it. There's a huge difference between ripe ones and non ripe. Ripe has a very fruity mango smell, non ripe you don't even smell anything but skin. So guys follow these simple steps and you should have yourself good mango's every single time I promise. Store these outside of the refrigerator and they will be delicious to your taste buds. These are good eats guys, thank you."
