"Hi everybody, my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm teaching you how to pick produce. First of all we're going to start with talking about the look of a lime. The look of a lime should be a nice bright green color like this one. There should be no bruising or scaring around the skin, kind of like the lemon. You want to make sure that the skin has a good push to it. This is an example of a bad lime; brown on the skin, looks like it's drying up, it's very hard in texture. Can you tell the difference between the bad and the good? It's not hard! Now, these should also have a very limy smell like the lemons have a lemony smell. Basically you just want to make sure that it has good nice push to it, it's bright green all the way around and you want to store your limes like you store your lemons outside of the refrigerator and away from the sun and you should have a very nice lime when you're ready to juice it all over your food. Thank you and have a good day."
