How to Submit Podcasts to iTunes

"OK, the next thing is iTunes. You've heard a lot about iTunes and where do I put my pod cast? Can I get my pod cast in iTunes? Well, yes you can if you go to the right hand or left hand side there is a little button here that says "Pod cast in iTunes" and I believe iTunes the pod casting section launched in June of 2005 I recall and kind of put us all on the map then with pod casting. There was a lot of newbie?s out there and people just starting out pod cast that became very popular back then. But anyway, on the right hand side here you can also see today's top one hundred pod casts. You can check them out. There's a lot of, there's some people in here I know, but there is also a lot of companies in there now. And if you want to submit your own pod cast, right in the center of iTunes you click on that "submit a pod cast" and this opens up with, you type in your pod cast URL. Click "continue". And then, so click ?submits" and put in your information and your graphic upload and iTunes will let you know of your pod cast has been accepted."
