"Hi everybody how you doing? I'm James Donnelly for Expert Village. Today were going to talk to you about audio pod casting. I'm feedburner.com and I'm signing up, clicking the button I am a pod caster. You put in our URL@feedburner.com and this way feed burner basically will just give you a RSS feed for audio or video pod cast. Which will come in handy down the road of course. You sign up at feedburner.com, you plug in your feed title, user name, pass word, email address and then on the bottom left you hit activate feed and your all set. But, remember, make sure you hit the, I am a pod caster box at the previous screen because this will change your feed slightly for different from the bloggers."
