"Next I'm going to show you an exercise that's going to target once again your transverse abdominals. Also we're going to modify that to hit a couple areas of our lower back. We're going to do a side plank and then we're going to modify it. Show you a couple different ways to modify this to make it a bit more challenging. So, I'm going to come over here, elbow under my shoulders. I'm going to go up into just a regular side plank. Again, lock in those abdominals; keep the bridge nice and straight. A modification of this exercise is a turn in. What you want to do is just turn here and extend out with your lower back. Turn it in and out. An advanced movement of this is to go up into a full post. I'm using a weight. You can do this with or without weights by the way. In, and come on out and post all the way up. In, and post all the way up once again. If not, a regular side plank for you beginners. Hold that for about thirty seconds and repeat on the other side. Once again and there's your side plank with modifications."
