"Next I'm going to show you a three point bridge with a bit of a modification. What this exercise is designed to do is strengthen your rectus abdominus, your center part of your six pack abs, and also your transverse abdominals which are on the side. One modification is going to get your lower back involved. So you're going to go down in a pushup position keeping that back nice and straight here. Going to go down into a two point bridge what you want to do is just lock in your abdominals and what you do here is just lift one leg up and that's going to get your lower back as well as your transverse abdominals involved to help you maintain your balance and your flat back. One more modification of this exercise is to actually go down into a pushup. That's going to keep the pressure on your abdominals and your lower back. You want to come down, balance this out on the other side. Again, abs nice and tight, lock in that core, breathe normally. Back into a two point bridge and that's it. There's your execution of a bridge with a pushup."
