"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make delicious traditional Thanksgiving Day stuffing for your turkey. Now comes the fun part of getting the stuffing into the bird. I highly recommend using your hands because it's so much easier than trying to maneuver a spoon some place where you can't see. You can feel what you are doing and your more likely to get the stuffing in the right spot. Now, be aware that you are using (stuffing) your raw bird so make sure that your hands are clean before you start and make sure to clean your hands thoroughly afterwards. Food safety is always important and no more so when you entertain a bunch of people. So you just want to shove as much of stuffing into the bird as much as you can, you don't want to packet too tightly. Because then it won't cook properly but you do want to make sure to get pretty full in there. Right when you think that you got as much stuffing in there as you can you can turn the turkey around and put some in the neck cavity as well. This usually has a nice flop of skin and just pull that back and put more stuffing in there. This isn't going to take nearly as much stuffing so don't worry about it if you can't get it all in there, you just want a little bit because all of your stuffing that is baked in the turkey is going to have a better flavor than stuffing that is baked outside of the turkey.
