"Hi! I’m Jennifer on behalf of expertvillage.com. A Perfect Fit Alterations, 102 S. Main Street, Burleson, Texas, 817-447-3522. In this clip we’re going to talk about zippers and the different types and uses of different zippers. The first zipper we have is a very heavy toothed nylon zipper that you’re going to use to put in a coat jacket, something that’s going to put a lot of stress on the zipper, that’s what that zipper would be used for, it’s got heavy teeth, a big slide, a pretty good heavy duty zipper. This next zipper the teeth are considerably smaller than the heavy duty zipper and it’s not separating at the bottom like this coat zipper is, this zipper could be used in dresses, we can put this in lightweight pants, it’s an easy zipper to alter the length of and a good all around general zipper. This one here is an invisible zipper, we’re going to use this mainly in skirts where we don’t want to see that the zipper is in there at all, you can use this in the back of dresses or in the side seam in dresses, once it’s put in, it’s totally invisible, it looks like there’s just a seam there, these zippers are also fairly easy to alter to the size that you need. This zipper is for blue jeans, put this in blue jeans, corduroy pants, anything where there is a little bit of a stress, this is a heavy duty zipper, it’s not likely to break, you’d want to use this in a heavier weight fabric than you would this one. This one is for lighter weight pant, this one is going to be for a heavier weight pant. "
