How to Add Beads to Thick Hemp

"Hi! My name is Jessica and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to be teaching you how to make a hemp necklace. Okay, so now I'm going to show you how to put a bead on the thick hemp for your hemp necklace. The good thing about the thick hemp is that if you like really big beads, which I do, you can use bigger beads because it's going to be more appropriate. The only thing is that you want to make sure that you have a bead with a large enough hole. With the thick hemp you have to get both the middle strings through the hole and it's really thick, so you want to make sure you have a bead with a really large hole. You're going to take your 2 middle strings and you're going to stick both of the strings through the hole and pull it through. You can see this had a really thick part in the string. Sometimes that will happen so you have to make sure that you get a bead that's big enough. That's really the most important thing."
