"Hi! My name is Jessica and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to be teaching you how to make a hemp necklace. Okay, so now I'm going to show you how to do the spiral stitch on the thick hemp for your hemp necklace. It's the same stitch again, only instead of doing one side and then the other, you're going to always do the same side. I've started a flat stitch, but say I want to switch over to a spiral stitch. Just for demonstration purposes, you're going to take which ever side you did the last stitch on, which we can tell because it's going backwards. I'm going to take that left side, bring it underneath the 2 middle strings, and take the right side. Bring it under and go through. Pull it tight. "
