How to Prepare Strings for Thick Hemp Necklaces

"Hi My name is Jessica and on behalf of expert village I'm going to be teaching you how to make a Hemp Necklace. Okay so now I'm going to show you how to start a hemp necklace with a really thick hemp this is actually really easy to work with because you don't have to work as hard because it's so thick so your necklace is going to go faster so to determine the length of the hemp that you need your going to start the same way. Your just going to loop it around you neck or your wrist or what ever your making or just kind of estimate how long you think its going to be. Say I want this maybe about there so I'm going to do. It really only takes two or three times that length to get enough to do it with. To make your necklace with because the stitches will be so thick that it's going to go really fast and you'll be surprised if you've been working with other kind of hemp how fast this is going to go. So I'm just going to cut that off and then your going to need another equal size length of hemp to work with and they even have hemp that is thicker then this so if you want something really bulky this is a good thing to work with. Now if you want something that's really delicate definitely stay away from the thick hemp but if you're into the really bulky necklaces then this is going to look really good"
