"H,i my name is Jessica and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be teaching you how to make a Hemp necklace. So I'm going to. This is the spiral stitch so I'm going to start I'm going to start again on the thread that's going back and your going to just bring it behind the two middle threads. Bring that left hand thread underneath and just stick it through the hole and pull it tight. Usually for the bead to really stay in place your going to need at least two stitches because especially with this fine thread because it doesn't hold it as well with just one and of course you continue on with your necklace and you can see it's starting to form the necklace again after the bead. Okay and then you will just continue on. This is also you know you can make a cut little key chain out of this too if you didn't want to do a whole necklace but that's basically how you put the bead on the very thin hemp for your hemp necklace."
