"Hi, my name is Jessica and on be half of Expert Village I'm going to be teaching you how to make a Hemp Necklace. Ok so now I'm going to show you How to do the spiral stitch on the very thin hemp and this stitch is actually the same it's just which side your going to do it on to make the spiral as oppose to the basic stitch so right now we started with the flat stitch but if I want to switch to the spiral stitch I can, and that's another thing you can do with your necklaces. It doesn't have to be all spiral or all flat. It can be you know little sections and inch of spiral and inch of flat what ever you want so to do the spiral stitch I?m going to start with the thread that's going back first I'm going to determine which side is the front which is the knot is facing me. Then I'm going to go to the thread that's going back. So obviously the last stitch that I did was on the right hand side so I'm going to take that, I'm going to bring it underneath the two middle threads I'm going to hold on to that and then your going to take the left hand thread. Your going to bring it under and just hold on to both of those Your going to pull that left hand tread out and put it through the whole just like the basic stitch and we'll go ahead and do that pull it through, pull it tight."
