How to Start Medium Spiral Stitch Hemp Necklaces

" Hi My name is Jessica and on be half of Expert Village I'm gong to be teaching you how to make a hemp necklace and now I'm going to show you how to make a spiral stitch on a medium size hemp and that's going to come out something like this you can see it's not the flat kind it's spiral which is real cool. So what your going to do one you have your stitch started basically it's the same stitch the only thing is that instead of going one side and then the other and then one side and then the other your going to do always on the same side so your always going to do on the right side or the left side which ever side you start with so the last stitch I did was on the left side so were going to go ahead and do the left side again and basically your going to take that left side piece of rope, hemp. Your going to bring it behind your two center strings. Your going to take the on the right side your going to bring it under. That will happen some times that's why you have to have a hold on them your going to bring it under pull it out, and your going to push it through the hole on the left side and pull it through, and then your going to pull it tight."
