"Pull the fingers straight down, either way that you prefer, because both work well. I want to show some stretches for your hands. Now with stretching this, this will release the pain of carpal tunnel which is normal everyday life and it will help you have more mobility and be able to function better. What I am going to do is just extend it upward, just hold it for five seconds, release, and then go down, hold it for five seconds. That will stretch also in your forearm, stretch the muscles there. So like I said also if you have the pain here you also have pain here because all the muscles are connected. That way it will keep a nice stretch for you and release the tension there. It is also good to keep your elbows straight and do that as well."
