"Hello. My name is Kinnilee Roberts and I'm a massage therapist here at Veronicas Color Salon and Spa and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. What I'm going to show right now is just a couple of easy how to tips to do at home. It's very beneficial. You can do it watching TV. You can do it sitting on your bed. Anywhere that you can take a couple of minutes of you time to really stretch your neck out. We are going to start with the neck. We are going to start on one side and just slowly rotate it down to the other side. Just kind of stretch your neck out and stretch it to the other side. That will give you an idea how massage therapists slowly knead the client to feel where the areas are at. That will allow you to be like "that was sore right there. That was sore right there". So then what you do is, you go ahead and tilt you head. And if you feel the tension in your neck pulling, just hold it right there until you just feel pressure and no more pain and then slowly rotate it down until you feel another pain area of tension that really hurts. Just hold it there and take a few deep breaths and then just go ahead and just relax and just go all the way down and just go ahead and just relax your neck because you don't want to put too much strain on your neck and then just go to the other side. Once you feel it pulling, just hold it there, just breath and wait until it's just pressure and slowly rotate it down. That's giving your shoulders and your neck an elongated stretch that a massage therapist needs."
