"Hello my name is Jinilee Reavis of Veronica's Color Salon and Spa and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. What I do is take lotion, the regular lotion that I use and I just go and apply it on the neck and the shoulders. This is okay if you have clothes on as well because I am able to just go underneath the shirt and just stretch the shoulder and the neck out. I am able then to work out the areas. If you are having a pain and you have a small amount of time, the chair massage is the best for you in your situation. I also focus on the hands and arms as well depending on how much time I have."
