" Hello this is Jenny with simply beautiful crafts on behalf of expertvillage.com. The other day when I was at Big Lots looking for shadow boxes I found this triple box CD holder and I though that will make a really unique shadow box. So I purchase it and brought it home and immediately thought that it will make a great display to show some of my keepsake embroidery pieces from my grandmother. The first thing that I did was to check the back to make sure that it was able to hang in whatever direction that I wanted to hang it and sure enough there are hooks there. So I can hang it this way. The second that I needed to do was to figure it how to put these in there. When I just placed them in it just fell around and it didn't look very good. So what I did was to take a straight pin with a big head and then the hammer and nailed into the crease. Once it was in the crease I bent the pin so that it would actually hold the embroidery pieces. You can do this with embroidery pieces of any kind. You can do it with these little pillows that have been embroidered you can do it with a fancy little dully or even a handkerchief the has been embroidered and folded just so. Any kind of memento that you would want to put in here you can actually do. The little pin at the top works well if you didn't want to put a hole in your embroidery piece you can always put a piece of thread around it and put in there. Once that it is hanging you can just position it to be in there the way that you will want to be. Now if you are going to hang it on your white that is fine but you can also get some very rich paper, cut it to the size of the back of the box, and put it in. this will especially be effective if you have a lace dully that was very open. This is one way that I have chosen to use this triple box CD holder as a shadow box for keepsakes mementos."
