" Hello this is Jenny with simply beautiful crafts on behalf of expertvillage.com. I like to show you a shadow box that I'm going to make out of playing cards, scrabble pieces, and card board called fun and games. The first thing that I did is to take this metal tray and to put a picture hanger on using 28 gage wire which I put through the inside out the back and secure it strongly with the wire. That gives me something to hang it with and these little rubber pieces on the back will help it hang flat. The next thing that I did is to take a ordinary piece of cardboard and cut it two layer thick so it would stand out. I glue them together and glue them to the back of this and also secure them with wire. Then I put tape on here and because I want to place my pieces first with tape and make sure that is how I want them and then I would put them on there again with Elmers glue. So the first thing that I'm going to do is place my playing cards and see if that is how I want them to be. Looks even. So that is the beginning of it my playing cards and then I would take them off and use glue on there and let it sit. But in the interest of time I'm just going to leave it that way. Now I'm going to take my scrabble pieces and I'm also going to place them on here. Again I have tape on the back of it so I can move them if it is not exactly how I want them to be. Of course I really don't want it to be exact so that is kind of the beauty of it. I think I want to curve a little bit more. There now it says games. I could say fun and games or games are fun or something because I have plenty of scrabble pieces. I think I change that S just a little bit. There okay now I have this little shot glass and I think as a finishing touch I'm going to set my shot glass right here in the bottom of my shadow box and I will secure this by using hot glue. I would put a piece of paper underneath probably wax paper so it won't show because the hot glue will go through a big bead of hot glue and secure it so that my glass is not going to go tumbling away. There I have it my fun and games shadow box made out of a medal tin tray."
