"Now Glenn Dolf is going to teach us the details of the paddle move. So basically Grace, the paddle move covers the principles that the larger movement covers the smaller one. Here's the basic trick. You're rotating it, giving it a half a rotation to give the illusion that the writing is on both sides, but the reason why you can't see it is because the larger movement, that is the flipping of the wrist or turning of the wrist is covering that. So it's two movements in one, this one and this one at the same time and it will look like this at speed and like this in slow motion. And the rotation is counter clockwise. Yes. So you go to your left. Yeah. It's much easier and this is your right hand, you're going counter clockwise. Up and down. Up and down. There you go. I'm not quick enough yet. I guess with practice in front of a mirror. That's where the practice comes in. You want to make this look nice and smooth, real fluid and make it so that you're fooling yourself. It really looks like there is writing on both sides."
