"Hi. We're back here at Expert Village with "Arts and Crafts and Everything Fun". I'm your host, Grace Frogger with Frogger Framing and Art Gallery, and today with me is Sonya Shepherd from The Crop Circle, and she's going to teach us how to scrapbook. So what are we going to learn now, Sonya? We're going to learn a second way to crop your photos. Again, that's cutting your photo so that you can focus on the main part of your photo and have a little fun with it as well. So, this way to crop is using scissors, good old scissors, using a little free-hand, free-style. But it's fun because it creates a really fun shape, a silhouette, to your photos that you wouldn't normally have. So this photos has a lot of fun symmetry, but a lot of access white space that I really just don't need, so I'm going to try and cut this around the action in the photo. It's going to have some fun angles here, because I've got the different angles of the hat. I'm not being too precise on exactly where I'm cutting... And not worrying about perfection.... Not worrying about perfection. It's just fun. Exactly. It's not called perfect booking; it's called scrapbooking for a reason. I like that. You're having fun. Yeah. Don't obsess, just have fun. Go ahead and round out some of these edges here, trim it up and throw that you on your..... Just go with the flow. Go with the flow and have fun with it. And that's just a fun and funky way to crop your photo. It captures the mood of day. We're all excited. College is done. Yes, and it draws attention to it. It draws attention to the photos. It eliminates all that white. Yes. Exactly. And square and yuck. This is so much fun. Great. Crop your photos by hand. There you go. There you have it. Just have fun with it. Awesome. So what is next? What's next? We are going to learn how to use the shape cutter from Fiskars. Another really great tool to cut different shapes. You can crop your photos into different shapes. Circles, hearts, stars. You name it; we can do it. Great. So keep it real, keep it fun. Coming up next."
