"Welcome back to Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn scrapbooking and in this segment we are going to learn what are the essential tools that you need to scrapbook. Right, Grace. There's really three main tools that you need for scrapbooking and these are going to make your life so much easier. After you've gotten organized, you just need three more things to get started. Nice. So we've got the twelve inch paper trimmer here. It's compact, it's good for portability and you can use thehis to cut your photos, to cut your paper, to cut down any of the materials you need for your scrapbooking. Great and it has a ruler here. Right, and it's got the ruler, so I can demo this for you really quickly. What you do is, you lift this arm up, you slide it through, to like the four inch mark, for example, make a quick and easy glide like that. Sweet. You've made a four inch strip and you can cut that down now, any way that you'd like. Another four inches gets you a perfect square and it's great for matting your photos. Nice, like you an put probably something like this. Right. Your photo and put it on the page. Put it on the page. It just looks so much prettier. Very good. Great. Now, your next tool is the adhesive runner. Now remember all of these things are photo safe, this is all archival quality, and what this does is this runs out the adhesive. A little double stick tip. A little double sided sticky tape. And what you're going to do is, you're going to that here like this. And this is all archival, so the glue does not ruin your pictures. It's not going to ruin your photos and it's going to be a permanent thing. It's not going to come up after time, but it's going to be there. Put that down, like that, it's sticky. I love it. And then we want to know who this is, so you need your archvial quality pen. Uh huh. The basic black will do you just fine. We have these in tons of colors, though. What's nice about this pen, it's double sided. You have a thin tip and a thick tip and you can use that to label your photos. Nice. So these are the tools that we need? Those are the tools that you nee to get started. A trimmer? A trimmer, the tape runner. The tape runner and the EK Sucess pen. Fantastic. All right, then. So what are we going to learn next? Next we're going to go a little bit more depth on how to use the trimmer, as well as how to use the decorative trimmer. Great, can't wait."
