"How does somebody know that they've got what it takes to do comic? Okay. First of all you've got to be naturally funny meaning there has to be something about you that's off. That's what funny is .It's off. Right? Like your way of thinking, like the way you see things has to be off. Comedians usually see things differently than other people. We are thinking the same things. We are all thinking the same things we just say it funny. We say it differently. Another thing is you have to have that thing and I don't know what it is. It's that naturally funny thing that if people tell you "You're funny, you're funny" or you know whatever then you know there is something going on. You know. But you've got to work at the craft. You can't just be funny. " Oh look at me, look at me .I'm funny". You got to work at it and go up on stage, write good jokes, I mean, do your homework."
