"Hi, welcome to Expert Village. I am Gretchen Soares with the Butterfly Boutique. The first step in sewing this is finishing the edges of the fold over. We are going to mark about 1 = inches and put a crease line in it. Once the first crease is in, we will fold the inside up to the crease line so that we actually end up with a 3 / 4 inch fold over. That is going to be our first seam. We do that to both pieces. We are simply going to come down the seam. We are going to sew our second piece the same way. Okay."
