"Alright so this next part what I am doing is I am blending some blue and all you need is just a little touch. It doesn't really matter what blue it is. Just a little bit darker that the blue that's on the bottom and all your doing is just creating a wave like surface. So just go across the blue that you have already painted and just swoosh it around and really it doesn't have to be perfect and kind of add a little bit to the surface right there and you can always use your arm or whatever paper towel you need for dabbing. Thats always really helpful because if you get too much paint on your brush you want to make sure you have a place to put it before you apply it. So yeah, after I get a nice bit done you can kind of go over it like this and the, it blends really beautifully and you can see that there is lots of different layers of blue on here. So just you can turn the brush a bunch of different ways and it really makes an awesome blend. So there you go and that is the ocean."
