"Now, the second part of the bandana is the outline and the black polka dots. So, take a medium-sized brush and dip it into the black. I always swirl the black around at the end of my paintbrush to make a nice tip, so you can get a really good line. So, I'll turn his face a little bit, pull his hair back. Go around the very bottom of the bandana. Now, these ties over here; you want to kind of make them look like ties. So, I'm going to go into the bandana like so. Just to create the flap of them being tied together. There you go. I'll go over the top of the bandana. It doesn't really matter if it gets in the hair because this washes off really easily. It's not hard to get together. There is the main part of the bandana outline. Now, here comes the polka dots. Just fill them in; real simple, real easy. Pick 'em where you want. Make them any size you want. There's the first part of that."
