"If you're looking into becoming a contortionist, it's basically very simple but it does take a process and you have to be dedicated as well because dedication is key. First of all, you've got to work on that flexibility. I showed you some stretches and things. Even make that long. I would suggest stretching for at least 30-40 minutes a day. It might seem oh my gosh that's way too long. How could I possibly do that? Well, people do Yoga and Pilate's and that stretches them out. This is just basically the exact same thing so just doing basic stretches. Hey, turn on the TV, watch your favorite television show, and start working those splits so that your legs become loose and start working your arm strength and start working your leg ligaments. You'll be surprised how quickly the body's able to stretch out and ligaments continue to get looser and looser every single day that you progress. I would suggest doing it at least 3 or 4 times a week. Give your body a day break at least so that you're able to get back into your mode and be able to stretch it back out again. I would defiantly going weeks or so without stretching or doing any maneuver because that will make the process so very long and drawn out that it'll almost be impossible for anyone to achieve. The best way to achieve that contortionism is to wake up every morning, you're ready to start your day and start doing some stretches and getting ready to go. Through the stretches, then you'll continue to see yourself getting more and more flexible and able to start accomplishing some maneuvers. That's the best way."
