"Alright. Now, I've told you all about the handstand, now let me show you exactly how it's done so that you can get some idea of what you're trying to look like and what you're trying to accomplish. You're going to go to the side of your mat and bring your arms all the way up tight. Again, keeping your stomach and your arms pressed down and very strong. Then just slowly move up and then back down. It's very simple, very basic. You almost just want to bring your legs up and hold there for a couple of seconds and then bring them all the way back down. It gets your arm strength going and your legs in a nice position. Now that I've told you all about a handstand, you'd probably like to see one for yourself to know kind of what you're trying to achieve. It's very simple, very basic. You're going to go to the side of your mat, achieve those nice strong board like arms and your leg nicely pointed. I'm going to show you exactly how it's done. Now, you can either come over going forward or backward. Either way, whichever shoots your preference. The forward one is a little bit more advanced because then you'll need to come from that. I suggest trying to keep your balance until you can push yourself back down. There you go. That's your basic handstand. "
