Video Transcript

"Now that you have achieved the basic back bend, we're ready to step up to another notch and do a more advanced back bend for you guys and your viewing pleasure. With this back bend, you're going to start with the basic things that we had done in the last. Following your fingertips all the way to the back and making sure your arms are strong and stable and ready to go. I want you to approach the top of your mat and bring your arms all the way up to the top so they're stiff as a board. Then slowly follow those fingertips all the way back until they touch the ground. Then you're going to walk your right elbow down and then your left elbow until you feel stable in that position. Then slowly inch your way through until your chin is rested on the floor right in between your 2 legs. Sounds impossible but it's completely doable and tons of fun once you accomplish it. So here we go, let's give it a shot. Now, once you have your chin all the way through, you have now accomplished the position and you feel very free and fun. Now to get out of this, you might how in the world would you do that. You slowly just bring your legs back and end up on your stomach like so. Very basic, very fun, and a very good crowd pleaser. "
