"Now we are going to go into back contortion movement. At first, we're going to start out as basically pretty simple. It's almost like your average back bend with a slight little twist. To get started on that, you're going to turn to your side and then extend both your arms all the way up to the air. Now, when you're going there, I want you to feel a good station and I want your arms to be as strong as boards, stiff as boards as you're going back because that will help you elevate from falling on your head, which is not so much fun in the future. Slowly look back at your fingertips and use your fingertips as your focal point as you're going all the way back into your back bend like so. Once you have the weight in your heels evenly, you're going to slowly bring up your arms. Starting with your right arm until you feel balanced and then to your left. Once you feel complete balance in your arms, you can just hang there and then slowly move both your arms to grab your legs. This will give you a nice stretch and a good feeling in the back and you're able to do a cool move that other people can't usually do, which is also fun. Then slowly to get back up, bring your hands back down to the basic back bend and then slowly pull yourself up using your stomach muscles and then slowly again come up. Remember that when you're achieving these moves or attempting them to always remember to be slow and careful because if you do something too quick you might jerk something or make it go out of line. Also, slowness is key because it'll help you get all the positions correctly and help you with your balance as well."
