"Now you are ready to get yourself into some basic contortion moves. First, we're going to start with the legs. We're going to take our right leg and like you learned earlier, bring it to a passe and then developpe all the way up using your 5 toes on your left foot as suction cups to help you with your balance. You can just slowly hold it and feel a nice little pull right there, then slowly bring it back down again to passe and then down your leg. Now, we'll repeat it using the left left. So slowly bring your left up to passe, grabbing it in the back of your foot again, bringing it all the way up. We slowly bring it down to the passe and then all the way down to the ground. Now we're ready to get into even more exciting contortion pose, the scorpion. The scorpion uses both your back and you legs. So it's like a double versa in contortion moves, which is so exciting. To start this maneuver, you're going to again plant your right foot on the floor. Using your 5 toes as the suction cups to help balance you. Then you extend your right arm and pick a nice focal point so that you'll be able to focus and continue your balance as you work through the maneuver. Then after you've got your balance, slowly bring up your left foot and grab it with your left hand. Again, reaching your balance point. Then after you feel balanced in that position, slowly bring your right arm all the way back to your left and grab it. There you're at a basic scorpion. You'll see cheerleaders do this maybe in mats. To go then to the extended scorpion, slowly walk your right hand and then move it with your left down your left until you bring to a straight position. After you've reached that straight position, you are now in a full scorpion feeling maximum stretching. It's a very exciting trick for lots of people to be able to see. To even add a little bit more spice to it, you can then extend your head back and hit the whole position. Now, slowly bring your leg down and then stand in the upright position. That's the scorpion and the leg stretch."
