"This item, here on the wall, is called a clay extruder and it's like a giant Play-Doh factory. You can squeeze out any shape, out of this thing, that you want. It's really great for handles. You can get very even and consistent handles, by using something like this. You can purchase, at your clay supplier or online, precut dye's. This is called a dye. This is one that's just a variety of sizes and circles. This is one that's made specifically for handles and there are a number of different choices. So, if you buy something like this, you just choose the shape that you want and then, there's a cover, and you cover every other shape, besides the one that you're going to use. You place it inside here and then you connect this piece, to your extruder. Now, if you can't find a shape that you want for handles, or whatever you're going to extrude, online or at the store, there's also an option of buying a blank dye. This is a really hard piece of plastic and it fits, perfectly, inside the extruder and you can draw any shape, you want, on it and then cut it out with a drill or a band saw. So, the possibilities are really limitless."
