"Now, we're going to start making our screen for the puppet show. We're going to be using, the screen is going to be made up of a very thin tracing paper. And, to make it sturdier, we're going to put a border around it. We're going to use a little bit of a thicker paper, a construction paper for that. So, I'm going to measure the border first, and I'm, cut around it. The border should be about an inch to an inch and a half thick. And, this is going to be put on the edges and the thin paper; the tracing paper will be much sturdier. So, we go ahead and take our, our blue or whatever color you're going to be using or construction paper, and go ahead and measure the borders, all around. Now, the borders are not strips that are going to be glued onto the paper, but it's rather going to be like a, a solid piece, like a picture frame that's going to go around the paper. So, it's important to make the border and leave the space in the middle. That space in the middle is what's going to be cut out. Once we have our lines drawn, and the border is made, we can go ahead and cut around it. And, when we cut around the middle, we see that it, the middle just falls out, and then we're left with our square border, or our picture frame border. And, this is what's going to go around the thin sheet of tracing paper. So, now I've shown you how to draw the lines of a border on our construction paper, cut it out, and get it ready for putting on our tracing paper."
